Ranger Fire and Security – Customer FAQs
PFS Security Systems has become part of Ranger Fire and Security.
Ranger brings together high-quality fire and security businesses under a single parent company, creating a platform that delivers a comprehensive range of fire protection, security and life safety services.
For customers, this means access to a broader range of specialist services, including gas suppression and passive fire protection solutions, while continuing to receive the same high standards of service from PFS.
In short, very little will change.
PFS has been selected to join Ranger because of the quality of our services, technical expertise and strong customer relationships. You will continue to receive the same high levels of service from the same teams you know and trust.
Over time, you may benefit from access to a wider range of complementary fire and security services through the Ranger Fire & Security Group.
Your existing contract with us will continue unaltered, as will the people you engage with. There are no changes to staffing, management, or company name.
Our prices are unaffected by this new partnership. You will continue to get the same quality service that you have become used to, provided by the same staff and management and the same terms.
Yes – we now have more high-performing businesses, enabling us to provide a wider range of fire and security services to customers in one place, including gas suppression and passive fire solutions.
We believe this is a positive development for customers who want access to a range of services from high-quality providers through one umbrella group.
No action is needed and the services we provide for you will continue unaltered.
We’re looking forward to continuing to work together, providing you with the first-rate service you’ve come to know, and we hope to be able to offer more high-quality services in the near future as part of the Ranger Fire & Security Group.
